PIA ATR Captains and First Officers Eligibility Criteria
PIA is seeking qualified, skilled, and responsible pilots who meet the following criteria:
Academic Background
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Second Division) or equivalent from a recognized board or institution
Flight Experience & Licenses
- For Captains: At least 1500 flying hours
- For First Officers: Minimum 500 flying hours
- Additional Preference: Previous P1/P2 experience on multiengine or jet aircraft will be considered a plus
Must hold a valid CPL or ATPL with Instrument Rating (IR) issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority
Medical Requirements
Must hold a valid Class-1 Medical Certificate from PCAA
